Framework
PAINT = Position, Area, Intensity, Nature, and Time.
Position: where the symptom sits on the body, on a 3D model you can pose to the patient and record in that posture. Area: surface involvement in cm² and percent BSA. Intensity: symptom strength stays attached to the painted surface. Nature: qualitative character is preserved. Time: each capture is a snapshot, so a sequence of snapshots forms a timeline — trajectory becomes analyzable, not just a timestamp.

A PAINprint is the painted spatial record for one finding at one moment. A PAINprint Snapshot is a time-stamped chart state composed of one or more PAINprints. A PAIN-Index is a normalized impact score derived from measured area × reported intensity.

Every paint primitive carries a createdAt timestamp; the compositor orders strokes globally so newer-paint-wins is verifiable. Snapshots round-trip exactly through the renderer.
